Introduction to Mental Health

In this session, participants will engage in conversations about what mental health is, the value of intentional coping strategies, insights on managing stress, and actions for enhancing resilience. An overview of Depression, Anxiety, Suicide and Substance use disorders will be provided. Participants will be encouraged to communicate meaningfully about their own mental health concerns and topics they would like to see moving forward.

The workshop is presented as a 90-minute presentation and is facilitated virtually.
